Enterprise Europe Network - St. Petersburg center is operated by St. Petersburg Foundation for SME Development since 2008. The center is financed by the Government of Russian Federation - Ministry of economic development and Government of St. Petersburg - Committee for economic development industrial policy and trade. Enterprise Europe Network - St. Petersburg center is subnetwork member of the Enterprise Europe Network Russia (Module A) at the Russian Agency for Small and Medium Business Support within the consortium Gate2RuBIN.
